At ZuloAI, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a 15-day full refund policy with no questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 15 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • Refunds apply to all paid subscription plans (Creator and Enterprise).
  • Refunds are not applicable to the Starter (Free) Plan, since it does not involve payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds cannot be processed after 15 days of purchase/renewal.
  • If you have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in misuse of the platform.
  • One-time purchases, promotional credits, or third-party services linked to ZuloAI are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your registered email ID
  • Plan name (Creator or Enterprise)
  • Transaction details (date, invoice number if available)

Once your request is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Plan Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
  • Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
